Please find click the link above to review the City’s Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) subject to ratification by the membership of Local 246. This MOA shall continue in full force and effect from the date of ratification by Local 246 and final approval by the Jersey City Municipal Council through December 31, 2018. The executive board has unanimously approved the MOA to submit this offer for a vote to its membership.
We will be explaining the offer where the Union’s Attorney Paul Mackey, members of the executive board will be present to address any questions regarding this proposal. The contract ratification meeting for members vote will be hosted at the Moose Lodge, 60 West Side Avenue, Thursday, February 16, 2017 at 5:30 pm.
